2008 Rental Rates for villa per week (not per person)
ALL PRICES INCLUDE TAXES AND CLEANING ON DEPATURE.
LOW SEASON: Jan, Feb, March,November/Dec - £525 / $995
MID SEASON: April, May, June, September, October - £550 / $1,050
HIGH SEASON: July, August - £625 / $1,150
EASTER & CHRISTMAS: £625 / $1,150
Pool Heat per week - £95 / $175

Bookings are preferred for whole weeks but in the low and mid seasons anything will be considered so please ask. Bookings two weeks prior to departure 10% discount.
Stays of 5 days or less an additional cleaning fee of £60/$100 will be added.
To secure a booking a holding deposit of £150 / $250 per week is required, bookings for three weeks or more will be at our discretion according to length of stay. A signed confirmation letter will be returned when this is received. The balance is due 10 weeks before departure.
Full payment is required if the booking is within 10 weeks of departure.
I require a security deposit against damage to the villa of £150 / $250. This is returnable.
