How to Book
To check availability please click here. We will gladly hold a booking for a few days to allow you to confirm airline seats.
Bookings are preferred for whole weeks but in the low and mid seasons shorter breaks will be considered so please ask. Bookings two weeks prior to departure 10% discount.
For stays of 5 days or less an additional cleaning fee of £60/$100 will be added.
To secure your booking, a holding deposit of £150 / $250 per week is required (bookings for three weeks or more will be at our discretion according to length of stay). A signed confirmation letter will be returned when this is received. The balance is due 10 weeks before departure.
Payment
Full payment is required if the booking is within 10 weeks of departure.
We require a security deposit against damage to the villa of £150 / $250. This is returnable.

1) Personal Cheque or Bankers/Cashiers Cheque.
2) Direct Bank Transfer.
3) Pay using PAYPAL.
